The One Front Restaurant (formerly Toro), in the white building on the corner of Front and Old Fulton Streets, is seeking a cabaret license, according to the Fulton Ferry Landing website. A cabaret license, in addition to allowing the sale of food and liquor, allows dancing.

The Fulton Ferry Landing Association has taken the position that a cabaret is inappropriate for a residential neighborhood.
