MSI Net Inc. and mCloudServ, one of the leading technology service firms in Brooklyn, is expanding its mission after recently moving its headquarters in Bay Ridge.

Founder and President John Abi-Habib announced that the company, which operated out of 415-417 86th St. for nearly 20 years, has moved to 7333 Sixth Ave. The one-story building is located on the corner of Sixth Avenue and 74th Street.

Founded in 1987, MSI Net and mCloudServ provides a variety of services to its clients, including everything from repairing computers, setting up and monitoring technology systems, troubleshooting internet problems and assisting in the planning and execution of new projects.

The firm’s numerous clients include schools, private companies, medical offices and city agencies.

In addition to his role at MSI Net and mCloudServe, Abi-Habib is active in Bay Ridge community life.

He is one of the founders of the Arab American Association of New York and is president emeritus of the Salaam Club, a group founded nearly 80 years ago by Lebanese and Syrian immigrants in Bay Ridge that raises money for charitable causes.

Abi-Habib served on the Board of Trustees of Maimonides Medical Center from 2004 to 2014 and is a former member of Community Board 7 in Sunset Park and Community Board 10 in Bay Ridge.

He was among a small group of business owners that revived the dormant Fifth Avenue Board of Trade in the 1990s. Abi-Habib, whose company was located on Fifth Avenue at the time, was an officer of the organization. The Fifth Avenue Board of Trade eventually led to the formation of the Bay Ridge Fifth Avenue Business Improvement District (BID).

For many years, Abi-Habib has served on the board of directors of the Bay Ridge Federal Credit Union.
