Toll Brothers and Starwood Capital are building a grand condo and hotel complex in Brooklyn Bridge Park – a project that’s expected to generate $3.3 million in revenues for BBP’s anticipated $16.1 million annual maintenance budget.
Pile drivers are toiling diligently on the project’s Pierhouse condos, despite winter weather. For a bird’s-eye view of the site, whose address is 60 Furman St., button up your overcoat and take a stroll on Squibb Bridge, Brooklyn Heights’ boardwalk in the sky, which hangs over it.
Prices at 108-unit Pierhouse, which was designed by Marvel Architects, range from one-bedroom condos starting at $1.5 million to five-bedroom homes for as much as $11 million.
