Goblins and superheroes — and nightmarish political candidates, no doubt —  will soon be haunting the parades, parties, streets and alleys of Brooklyn. Check out this listing of some of Brooklyn’s most popular Halloween events (nightlife events for the grownups here).

Saturday, Oct. 22

Fall Festival at Kaiser Park: Saturday, Oct. 22 from noon to 4 p.m. Have a spooky good time with carnival organized by NYC Parks and Councilmember Mark Treyger. Games, pumpkin picking, face painting, and more. Coney Island, Kaiser Park Lawn off Neptune Ave. and W. 28 St. 718-965-8942

P.S. 110 Fall Festival: Saturday, Oct. 22 from 2 to 6 p.m. Get spooked out at the haunted house and enjoy carnival games, pumpkin painting, a pumpkin photo booth and more at the school, located at 124 Monitor St. in Greenpoint.

Town Square Halloween Parade: Parade kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 3 p.m. and heads down Manhattan Ave. in Greenpoint. To join the parade, assemble at 2:30 p.m. at 176 Java Street.

Halloween Harvest at Luna Park, Coney Island: Halloween-themed arts and crafts, live performances, and a pumpkin patch featuring a giant pumpkin (not for picking!). Weekends through October 30.

The Gravesend Inn: Theatreworks’ fabulous high-tech haunted hotel, the Gravesend Inn, returns to terrify again this year. Produced by Theatreworks, City Tech’s resident theatrical troupe, this theme-park-quality Halloween attraction has been thrilling children and adults alike since 1999. Sunday, Oct. 23

Packer Collegiate Institute’s Pumpkin Patch:  Sunday, Oct. 23, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Brooklyn Heights at 170 Joralemon St. The street will be filled with bouncy rides, while the garden will be stocked with carnival games, treats and crafts. Inside, two spooky haunted houses will thrill youngsters, and artists will create monster makeovers.

Movies Under the Stars: Shocktoberfest – Dracula Untold: Sunday, Oct. 23, from 6:15 p.m.–8:15 p.m. at Maria Hernandez Park. Vlad Tepes, a young Transylvanian prince, must become a monster to get his kidnapped son back and save his country. Come before 6:15 p.m. to get your spot. Bring your own picnic blanket or chair. Movies Under the Stars: Shocktoberfest – The Lost Boys (rated R): Sunday, Oct. 23, from 6:15 p.m.–8:15 p.m. at Owl’s Head Park. In this 1987 horror comedy, Sam and his new friends must save Michael and Star from a local gang of vampires. Come before 6:15 p.m. to get your spot. Bring your own picnic blanket or chair. Howl-O-Ween Bark Block Party: On Sunday, Oct. 23 from noon to 5 p.m. in Windsor Terrace, sponsored by Sean Casey Animal Rescue. Family-friendly event features a costume pet parade, kids’ costume contest, pet talent contest, music and food. And a puppy love kissing booth! Dogs, cats, reptiles, birds and other animals will be available for adoption. 153 East 3rd Street (Between Ft. Hamilton Parkway and Caton Avenue).

 78th Precinct’s Haunted House: Oct. 26-30, 3 to 9 p.m.  Basement of horrors, including a guillotine, a zombie baby … and an entire room devoted to creepy clowns. 65 Sixth Ave., Park Slope.

Thursday, Oct. 27

Movies Under the Stars: Shocktober Fest – Casper: Thursday, Oct. 27 from 6 to 7:45 p.m. at Monsignor McGolrick Park. Live-action feature of the animated classic, mischievous ghost uncles make trouble for the teenaged Casper. Family movie. Come before 6 p.m. to get your spot. Bring your own picnic blanket or chair. A boy who has a bad Christmas ends up accidentally summoning a Christmas demon to his family home. All hell breaks loose. Come before 6 p.m. to get your spot. Famous in Bushwick Horror Ball: Friday, Oct. 28 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. at The Starliner. Best costume will get $200 cash prize, and there will be $3 Coney Island Lagers all night long. Expect plentitude of giveaways and music by The Gent & Kristos (Fam Friday). Free. 1446 Myrtle Ave.

Saturday, Oct. 29

Halloween Parade at Pierrepont Playground: The Brooklyn Heights Association is inviting all the neighborhood’s little goblins and fairies to the annual parade on Oct. 29. The fun starts at 10:30 a.m. Come for the good time, and stay to buy some delectable baked goods.

Boo at the Zoo! The spooky season arrives at WCS’s (Wildlife Conservation Society) Prospect Park Zoo during the annual Boo at the Zoo weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 29 and 30, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Highlights include spooky science, a costume parade and dance party, the spooky barn, wildlife witch shows, a haunted graveyard, face painting, crafts, animal encounters and more. www.prospectparkzoo.com

Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy’s annual Harvest Festival takes place Sat., Oct. 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pier 6. Come in costume. Make art with Private Picassos, get active with Dodge YMCA’s obstacle courses, take a tour of the Haunted Marsh, try tasty snacks from B. The Haunted Halloween Carnival of Puppetry Arts takes place Sat., Oct. 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Park Slope at the 1st Street Recreation Center of P.S. 372 (1st Street at 3rd Ave.). Haunted house, crafts, games, performances, free giveaways, and a costume contest. The first 200 kids will receive Puppetry Arts Gift Bags. 16th Annual Halloween Festival & Great PUPkin Dog Costume Contest: Saturday, Oct. 29 from noon to 3 p.m. at Fort Greene Park. Movies Under the Stars: Shocktober Fest : The Rocky Horror Picture Show (rated R): at McCarren Park Pool Deck on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 6 to 7:45 p.m. In this cult classic, sweethearts Brad and Janet, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a scientist who cross dresses, and a houseful of wild characters. Ghouls and Gourds at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden: On Saturday, Oct. 29, from noon to 5:30 p.m., the garden offers a daytime festival of costumes and fun. The day features over 10 live performances, a bug petting zoo, vegetable games, a children’s book barn showcasing 20 authors, and a children’s Halloween costume parade. (Admission charge, but kids under 12 free.)

Annual Halloween Party at Families First: On Saturday, October 29th from 9:30 a.m. to noon, the party for young children will feature a mini-bouncy house, face painting, tattoos, games, arts & crafts, mini-pumpkin decorating, bake sale, a musical performance/sing-along and balloons. 250 Baltic St., between Court and Clinton streets in Cobble Hill. (Admission $20 to $25.)

Downtown Brooklyn Partnership Halloween Get Down: Saturday, Oct. 29, 10 a.m. to noon. Kicks off with a performance for the kiddos by Mister Marc the MC and DJ Mikey Palms at 10am, followed by a costume fashion show at 11am. Special appearance by the Long Island Nets, Balloonasaurus Rex, and Face Painting by Shelly. Albee Square, Fulton and Bond Street.

HallowZINE comix and print fair: Saturday, Oct. 29, from 12 to 7 p.m. in Bushwick. Vendors, zines, commix, live drawing, treats, beer and BBQ in the backyard! Come in costume if you want. Shoestring Studio, 640 Classon Ave. (between Bergen and Dean).

Coney Island’s Children’s Halloween Parade & Costume Contest: Saturday, Oct. 29. City officials & the Alliance for Coney Island will be in attendance to host the spooky and fun parade. Parade will begin in MCU Park (1904 Surf Ave.). Registration at 10 a.m., contest begins at noon.

Luna Park Halloween Harvest: Sunday, Oct. 30. Activities will include juggling acts, magic shows, a marching band and a huge pumpkin. 1pm – 3pm – Juggling acts and magic shows from 1 to 3 p.m., Halloween Costume Parade, including marching band, starts at 3 p.m. Luna Park, Coney Island.

Monday, Oct. 31

Cobble Hill Associations’ annual Halloween Parade starts off at 4 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31st in Cobble Hill Park.  Hundreds of families parade down Congress Street and greet seniors at the Cobble Hill Health Center on Henry Street.  Enjoy the festive and creatively decorated Warren Street and then head back to the park on Clinton Street.

Park Slope Civic Council Halloween Parade: Monday, October 31, 2016, kicking off from 14th Street and 7th Avenue at 6:30 pm. The parade will head north on 7th Avenue, turn left on 3rd Street and end in JJ Byrne Playground at the Old Stone House.

Spooky Halloween at Ashford Learning Center Garden: From 3 to 7 p.m. Face painting for the kids, healthy treats, and fun games throughout the day. 341 Ashford St., East New York.

Brooklyn Con-spook-atory of Music: Oct. 31, from 4 to 6 p.m. Includes a haunted garden, spooky musical performances, candy, stickers and more. At Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, 58 Seventh Ave. (at Lincoln) in Park Slope.
