Xaverian senior earns scholarship from JP Morgan Chase
David Peña, who will graduate from Xaverian High School next month, won’t have to worry about how he is going to pay his college tuition. His tuition will be paid for in full.
He has been named to the Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Program by JPMorgan Chase. The prestigious program provides a full tuition scholarship, a stipend for books and supplies and a paid internship at the bank. JP Morgan Chase admits only 10 students a year into the program.
The program is named in memory of Thomas G. Labrecque (1938-2000), who served as president of JP Morgan Chase from 1981 to 1999.
