Members of Brooklyn’s legal community were honored for their work within Brooklyn at the recent Stars & Stripes Club annual dinner dance at Sirico’s Catering Hall in Dyker Heights.

Bruno Codispoti, past president of the Columbian Lawyers Association of Brooklyn, and Steven H. Richman, general counsel for the New York City Board of Elections, were honored alongside Rosita Chan, president of the Brooklyn Community Improvement Association; Louise Alfano, principal of P.S. 112; and Violette Tonuzi, owner of Violette Tonuzi Salon and Day Spa. The event took place on June 22.

“It was an honor to be a part of a great night,” Codispoti said. “I truly believe that to make a difference in our community that you have to get involved, and I was happy to get involved through the Stars & Stripes Club.”
