A Brooklyn man is slated for sentencing next month for breaking into a woman’s apartment and viciously sexually assaulting her at gunpoint, prosecutors announced on Friday.
In July 2016, a Bushwick woman was asleep in her apartment when she heard a key in her front door. When she went to investigate, prosecutors said, she stumbled across Romaric Giuebre, who had been hired to clean the woman’s apartment eight days before.
Giuebre used a spare key to open the door, prosecutors said.
