CPEX Real Estate reports the lease of a 3,500-square-foot retail space in a four-story mixed-use building on Atlantic Avenue to Stribling & Associates, a residential brokerage focus- ing on the luxury real estate market. This is the firm’s fourth location, its first in Brooklyn and, actually, its first outside of Manhattan.

There were multiple competing offers at the full asking price for the space, at 386 Atlantic Ave., between Hoyt and Bond Streets in Boerum Hill, according to Timothy King, managing partner, who said this is one of the most popular retail blocks on the stretch of Atlantic between Fourth Avenue and the BQE.

CPEX’s Retail Leasing Team, comprised of Ryan Condren, managing director, and Kristina Triglia, associate, represented the landlord in negotiating the agreement with Stribling.

King credits the multiple offers to the site’s proximity to the Barclays Center (only three blocks away).
