In an expansion mode, Weichert Realtors-The Franzese Group, a Brooklyn-based brokerage with two offices in the borough, reports the addition of three new members to its sales team in the past few months — Joseph Demolfetto, a lifelong Brooklyn resident; Victor DiBlase III, a 26-year Brooklyn resident; and Guiseppe Montalbano, a resident of Queens.

The three will serve residential buyers and sellers in Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Gravesend and Sheepshead  Bay, and all three are members of the Brooklyn Board of Realtors and the Brooklyn NY Multiple Listing Service Inc.

According to Anthony Franzese, brokerage owner, Demolfetto worked as a home inspector completing more than 1,000 inspections since 2003. He was an inspector of construction for the city’s Department of Buildings and was also a property manager and assistant superintendent for construction and foreman for several rehab corporations.

“We are proud and honored that Joe has affiliated with our company,” he said.  “He is newly licensed in real estate, but his knowledge and expertise in home inspections make him a true asset.”

DiBlase worked as a production coordinator at Voices Music Inc. before making the career change to real estate, according to Franzese.

Guiseppe MontalbanoCalling him “a committed real estate professional,” Franzese said, “Victor knows the market like the back of his hand. And he has many friends who will look to him for assistance in their real estate needs.”

Montalbano, who holds a degree in criminal justice, has worked locally as a legal assistant in a law firm.

Now a licensed realtor, he has much to offer his new clients, according to Franzese.

“Guiseppe is extremely well versed in real estate and the law, adding a little something extra to his abilities,” said Franzese.

In addition to the Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Gravesend and Sheepshead  Bay neighborhoods, Montalbano will work in Kensington, Red Hook, Williamsburg, Park Slope and Coney Island.
