Zoning, liquor licenses top Community Board 10 agenda
Community Board 10 will have a lot on its plate when members gather for their first meeting of the season on Sept. 18.
CB10, which represents the interests of residents of Bay Ridge and Dyker Heights with city government, will hold its first meeting after a two-month summer break at Shore Hill, 9000 Shore Road, starting at 7:15 p.m.
Members will be discussing a wide variety of issues, including zoning issues in northern Dyker Heights, liquor license applications for restaurants and bars, and possible sites for new street benches.
